Policies

From another Jazzercise location?
No problem! With proof of a current, valid registration at another Jazzercise location, you can enjoy classes at this location at NO EXTRA CHARGE.

EFT GOLD PASS POLICIES
The EFT Gold Pass gives you three months FREE each year.
EFT auto pay from a credit card or checking account takes place on the first business day of the month.
EFT Holds are for a minimum of one calendar month and a maximum of three calendar months.
Holds are for medical reasons or family emergencies only.
If you put your EFT GOLD PASS on hold, and attend class while your account is on hold, you will need to purchase a Day Pass.
EFT Holds need to be in writing and received at the center no later than the 15th of the month.
No refunds given for unused time.
Holds cannot be issued retroactively.
EFT Cancellations need to be in writing and received at the center no later than the 15th of the month.
We do not accept cancellations by phone or voice mail.
No refunds given for unused time.
If your membership lapses for more than 90 days you may be subject to a Joining Fee upon your return.

Footwear:
Please change from your 'street shoes' into your exercise sneakers before walking onto the dance floor. This keeps the floor clean, dry, and safe for everyone.

Parking:
The three parking spaces in front of Unit 4 are reserved for that tenant.
Please keep those spaces open for Unit 4.

Babysitting Policy
Due to our liability insurance, children are welcome in the center only when babysitting is offered or if they are fully participating in class.
If you have questions concerning childcare, please see Kris.
We offer childcare at the 9:15 am classes on Monday through Friday at the rate of $2.00/child.
Please...
- Do not bring food or drinks into nursery (bottles OK).
- Do not bring your child if he/she is or has been sick in the past 24 hours or is running fever.
- Do not leave your child in the babysitting room until the babysitter has arrived.
- Change diapers, if necessary, before class. Our babysitters are not trained or authorized to do this for you.
- Do pick up your child promptly after class.
- Do not let your child play with equipment (balls, tubes) and please make sure they do not play on the stage
- Children may not be left in the babysitting room unattended.

Children Participating in Class:
Jazzercise encourages children to be physically active. Children are able to participate in class providing they are accompanied by an adult and able to complete the entire class. We do have discounted passes for children, so please ask at the desk. Please ask your instructor if you have any questions! 

WINTER WEATHER POLICY 

If the roads are drivable, we will be open.

 Class status will be posted 1 hour before class time.
