How much does a class cost?

How often should I exercise?
If you are new to exercise, begin with 2-3 classes a week and gradually add classes. To increase your fitness level, work out 4-5 times per week.
Are there any long-term contracts?
There are no long-term contracts.
May I bring drinks and food to a class?
We recommend Jazzercisers bring a non-breakable water bottle with a lid to class. Prevent accidents and spillage by keeping drinks out of the way of other Jazzercisers. There is water for purchase at the center. No food or gum, please.
Do I need weights?
Weights are optional for new customers. We recommend you familiarize yourself with the basic exercises and techniques before using light (3-5lb.) weights.
Do I need special clothes or equipment?
Any loose, comfortable clothes are fine. Most people wear bike shorts or jazz pants and a bra top or T-shirt. Bring along a towel or exercise mat for the floor work. Good, rubber-soled aerobic shoes are recommended.
Footwear:
Please change from your 'street shoes' into your exercise sneakers before walking onto the dance floor. This keeps the floor clean, dry, and safe for everyone.
