EFT GOLD PASS POLICIES - Effective September 1, 2008

The EFT Gold Pass gives you three months FREE each year. EFT auto pay from a credit card or checking account takes place on the first business day of the month.

EFT Holds are for a minimum of one calendar month and a maximum of three calendar months. Holds are for medical reasons or family emergencies only. If you put your EFT GOLD PASS on hold, and attend class while your account is on hold, you will need to purchase a Day Pass. EFT Holds need to be in writing and received at the center no later than the 15th of the month. No refunds given for unused time. Holds cannot be issued retroactively.

EFT Cancellations need to be in writing and received at the center no later than the 15th of the month. We do not accept cancellations by phone or voice mail. No refunds given for unused time.

If your membership lapses for more than 90 days you may be subject to a Joining Fee upon your return.
